Returns
If you wish to make a return, you must do so within 30 calendar days from the date you received your purchase order. It is important that you know that:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, in the same conditions in which it was received.
- We will need you to share photos of the products to be returned.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive the photos of the products that would be returned, we will proceed to evaluate their condition. After the review, we will provide you with status regarding your refund.
The refund process is approved, if it meets the required conditions. And this will be applied to the payment method in which it was originally made, and returned within the time established by the card issuer's policy.
